About Daven
Daven and his wife moved to Central Florida in 2016, he raised his daughter here. He was originally from Atlanta, Georgia. Currently, Daven’s wife is a fulltime MOM and as for him, he had been working with T-Mobile as a Field Engineer for over 6 years. Although he is a License Agent, he has been solely using it for real estate investing. Daven strives to make every real estate transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible therefore he has been learning and adapting new successful ways to buy and sell properties. Along with it, he love helping buyers with less than perfect credit because he understand the important of owning a place called HOME. Daven buys, lists, and sells houses all around the Central Florida area.
When daven is not working, he like to experiment with lawncare, electrical, and woodwork. On weekend, he likes to spend time picnic with his wife and daughter.
RESPONSIBILITY
It is an honor to be an Agent. It means being able to go out there and serve the community of real estate sellers and buyers. This includes being Loyalty, Confidentiality, Disclosure, Obedience, Accounting, Reasonable care and diligence to his or her principals. He too feel the necessary to provide these six Fiduciary duties as an agent.
My Mission
Lets face it, selling a home is not as easy as how everyone said it would be. If we look into zillow or trulia, there are thousands of houses being listed and yours will be ONE of the thousands. Daven mission is to make selling a house can be quickly and easy as it can be. How? By ultilizing his investors network, he can help selling it quickly. Rather finding an end buyer, he already have thousands of buyers line up and ready to buy. Of course this is just one of the way, there are more.
